We are excited to announce the Encompass One Mobile App is now available for IOS or Android!

Our native built app will upgrade your onsite experience. Download today to start enjoying freedom from your desktop.

The new App was designed by Encompass for FM professionals, with your specific challenges and pain points in mind. The features are all designed to help you get more done, faster and better than ever.

The Encompass One Mobile App offers users:

  • Worktickets: The ability to assign, complete and confirm worktickets in real time. One quick look at your phone will let you know what work is in progress or overdue, provide photo verification, leave comments and confirm completion - all while on the go.
  • Smart Notifications: Our notifications proactively alerts you when tickets are assigned, updated, recalled, verified or overdue. You can even get notifications that flag additional open work tickets based on your location. This allows you to complete more work tickets with less time on the road.
  • Multilanguage Support: Another great new feature is the ability to select either English or El español as your preferred language. This  leads to less confusion, fewer mistakes and an improved user experience.
  • Offline Mode: The ability to work offline when you need to is critical when you are out in the field. No longer depend on your cell connection when working at a remote location or inside a building with “dead zones”. With offline mode you will be able to perform app actions in areas of poor or no connectivity and then seamlessly sync when you regain a signal.

Upgrade to the Encompass One mobile app to unlock a streamlined onsite experience, available on the App Store and Google Play. Stay tuned for more great developments from Encompass as we continue to add new features and improve on existing ones.

Over the coming week’s we’ll be releasing step-by-step how-to guides, hosting webinars, and offering training so that you feel confident in using the app. In the meantime, upgrade today and download now from the App Store or Google Play!

But Wait There's More!
